What ‘extras’ do you get for time-off entitlement at work?

For example, do you get additional paid leave and not just the legal minimum, is your bereavement leave generous, is sabbatical leave something you can do at your workplace, do you get full pay on the sick for X amount of months, all of those lovely things.

Just to start it off, I’m entitled to 1 month bereavement leave for close/immediate family. I can get 3 months of unpaid sabbatical leave.
