Verification Issue

Hello,

I'm trying to complete identity verification, but my Nigerian National ID card and NIN slip are both being rejected as unsupported documents. I do not currently have a driver's license or international passport.

Could you please advise what alternative documents are accepted or whether a manual verification process is available?

Thank you.
