Emotional flatness

Does anyone else feel like their emotions have gone flat? Like- im interested in conversations and games but people have been saying I dont look interested or sound interested or i'm not as emotionally there as I used to be?

I take bupropion with naltrexone for weightloss- and it makes me feels like- not a zombie but I feel like- not there kinda? Like disassociating 24/7 ? I don't know if this is normal? All I know is I feel different.
