How do you communicate with an adhd person as an adhd person

Gf of 9 years with 2 kids is constantly upset no one praises her for how hard she works. How to i talk to her about the fact that she gets no praise because she doesn't finish anything. All her "hard work" has led to her living in abject poverty and me staying else where because nothing gets done when it should or how it was promised. But she works so hard playing on her phone all day, putting it off till the last minute and then force everyone in her circle to scramble and compensate for her lack of preperation and solid plan.

She wants praise for barely functioning and doing the bare minimums
