i am confused, disappointed and clueless!

i just finished fight with NKG after trying 200 times. (i just loved this boss, his looks, attacks, reflexes. it is my favourite character followed by hornet.) after finishing NKG fight, i went straight to the temple for the hollow knight. i was equiped with only attacking charms like grimmchild, dreamshield, unbreakable strength, thorns of agony. i went in boss arena with an intention to meet final boss for the first time. i started spamming attacks without defending and healing and the fight didnt last for more than 2 minutes. hornet came and attacked his head and then i finished him..... and the game came to an end!

im just so much confused:

- have i finished this game?

- can i see other endings in the same game?

- i have completion of 108 percent only. can i complete 112 after finishing the hollow knight fight?

- in the end, i was trapped in the place of the hollow knight. temple was sealed with hornet face carved on it. what does this mean?
