Hiring - B2B Sales - Salary + Commission - Software/Fintech

We're a software company about to roll out a software for the local market in UAE - this software is for tax/accounting/book keeping/auditing firms specifically and we're hiring sales people for it. (Fintech/Accounting/Tax)

What we're looking for :

• People with a sales background, any experience in software sales or with tax firms is a big plus.
• Remote first - you can work from anywhere
• This is a contract position - you must have your own visa
• English and Arabic are required
• No fixed hours per day requirement for this job - you will be given leads on a weekly basis that you have to work on + update the CRM on what you've been doing on it (you're welcome to find leads on your own as well)

What we're offering:

• Salary : 2000 AED/mo
• Commissions on each sale (Average is around 5-7K AED)
• Side note: We're testing the market at the moment, if you're a good fit and perform really well - this position becomes a permanent position. We're looking for 1 or 2 rockstar sales people at most and this position provides a lot of flexibility so that even people with a job currently could apply for it as a side gig.
