[Seeking] Marketing/Content Cofounder — Governed AI for Regulated Industries (Legal, Healthcare, Manufacturing)

The company

Elis AI (tryelisai.com) is a governed AI workflow platform built specifically for regulated industries — the teams who couldn't touch ChatGPT or Claude Code because of HIPAA, ITAR, NERC CIP, or air-gap requirements.

We've built the only accessible, multi-industry platform that:

- Routes tasks to right-sized AI models, cutting token usage by 90% in internal tests

- Offers on-site deployment for regulated buyers (energy cost only — no per-token billing)

- Provides clearance-aware access controls, full audit trails, and BYOK/BYOA enterprise options

Microsoft just canceled Claude Code licenses. Uber burned their entire 2026 AI budget in 4 months. The AI cost crisis hitting Big Tech is the exact problem we're architecturally built to solve — and the market timing has never been better.

What I'm building / where we are

- Working product: free tier live at tryelisai.com

- Serving legal, healthcare, and manufacturing teams

- Compliance targets: HIPAA, ITAR, NERC CIP, SOC 2 (in progress)

- Pricing: $0 to $100/seat — accessible to teams the enterprise giants ignore

The role I'm looking for

A marketing and content cofounder who can own:

**Content & social media** — Creating informative posts across LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook that educate the market: what's happening with AI costs industry-wide, what competitors are missing, how Elis fills the gap, and what makes the product worth using. Not promotional fluff — genuinely useful market intelligence that builds an audience.

**Demo videos** — Short-form screen recordings and explainer videos showing governed AI workflows in action. The 60-second "here's what this actually looks like" content that converts lurkers into trial signups.

**Pitch deck** — A clean, investor-ready deck covering the market, the problem, our solution, competitive landscape, traction, and ask.

**Ongoing GTM execution** — You'll own the content calendar, the outreach strategy, and the community presence. This is a build-from-scratch role.

What I bring

- Deep product and technical knowledge across every aspect of the platform

- Full GTM strategy already developed (competitor research, buyer personas, SEO targets, messaging frameworks, outreach sequences)

- A clear understanding of the regulated AI compliance market that most marketers would spend months learning

- I'll handle product, engineering direction, and enterprise sales conversations

---

Who I'm looking for

- Has created content that actually built an audience (show me the work, not just the resume)

- Can write clearly about technical/compliance topics for non-technical buyers

- Comfortable with video — doesn't need to be polished, needs to be real

- Interested in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, defense manufacturing) or willing to learn fast

- Equity-motivated — this is a founding role, not a contractor gig

**Bonus if you have:** B2B SaaS content experience, compliance or legal/healthcare industry background, experience creating pitch decks that have actually raised money

The opportunity

The AI cost crisis is a live news story right now. Microsoft and Uber made headlines this week. The window to own "governed AI for regulated teams" as a content category is open today — it won't be in 6 months when the big players figure this out.

This is a real product solving a real gap that every competitor review confirms exists. The GTM strategy is built. The market is moving. I need someone who can execute the content side at cofounder speed.

DM me or drop a comment with:

  1. One example of content you've created that you're proud of

  2. Which of the three verticals (legal / healthcare / manufacturing) you'd be most excited to learn

  3. Your current situation (full-time, part-time, open to equity-only)

Not looking for agencies or freelancers for this role — looking for a genuine partner.
