Is this medical mal practice?

I had a car accident on April 09, 2026 and my injuries was a fracture ankle with an open wound, lacerations to the face and neck, neck fracture and spinal fracture. I was sent home two days later with 0 antibiotics and later caught an anti fungal infection. My follow up was 4 weeks post 1st discharge and that’s when we discovered the infection. Can someone pinpoint me into the correct direction of action? This also happened in the state of NC
