Do bearded dragons have a sense of time/routine longer than a 24hour cycle?

I know they can memorize daily routines, but what about weekly? My girlfriend and I take our dragon with us to a market every Saturday morning to visit my mom and get breakfast. I’m just wondering if he wakes up on a Saturday and knows we’re gonna take him on a little adventure or if he wakes up every day not knowing if we’ll take him or not.
