Do CGRP’s work for VM

My neuro ontologist has told me that CGRP’s do not work that well for vestibular migraines. So he will not prescribe it. But I can see soo many people here have gained relief from them for their VM’s. Do I need to work with another doctor?

Any help would be appreciated!!!
