How do fat people wipe their ass?

I’ve recently put on some weight and also lost some mobility somehow and I struggle to reach my ass to wipe after a shit. I can just about do it but it’s not easy.

I am fat, but I’m not thaaat fat. So I was wondering how do proper fat people wipe?
