ENDGAME SKILL TRACK RESET BUG

I reset one of my skill tracks when my operator hit cr 60. Went into a game, leveled up to 46 and then I didn’t like my choices so I quit to desktop to hopefully Reroll in the next game, but the option never popped up again no matter how much I leveled up. Is call of duty working to fix this? Is it a known bug?
