What's your favorite action RPG's?

I think action RPG's are my favorite. What are the best ones? Zelda, Ys, even Dragon's Dogma. I'm looking to get that new Eliot game when it goes on sale. I wonder if the Dark Souls games are considered action RPG's because they're my favorites too.
