Which Ipad should I go for if I'm a digital artist?

Hi! As the tittle says, I'm not sure which Ipad I should go for and I would love some help!

I currently work with an Ipad pro 11" from 2018, and I would like to upgrade it since its becoming a little old and the screen is showing me some small colored dots (dead pixels? Im really not knowledgeable about it) + sometimes procreate seems to get stuck when I work using a big canvas.

I would like to go for a bigger screen so I have my eyes on the 13" models, but im not sure if I should stay using the Pro family or change to Air. Would that be much of a downgrade? It's a big purchase for me so I would really like make the right choice on the first try 😔
