STM, terrified because of first birth trauma.

Id love some positive stories of second births gone right 😅

I had my first 8 years ago. I labored for 3 days before an emergency c section and the surgery itself was incredibly traumatizing for reasons mostly related to poor care. Bad communication, not listening to my needs or wants, not getting to see or hold my baby for so long, etc. Im delivering at a different hospital, with a different circumstance (scheduled c section this time) but im currently 38+1 and starting to have flashbacks of my first c section and im so anxious.

Any stories of birth redemption out there to keep me from spiraling?
