Hermes - Gray screen

HELP - Troubleshooting - Broken,errors,crashes,debug, recovery

When i tried to open it (even as an administrator) it's still not loading in and keeps on crashing. I've been troubleshooting this for a while and yet it's still not working.

Ram: 16GB 2666mhz
Vram: 4GB
