HDFC Card upgrade

I had Swiggy HDFC card as my first hdfc credit card. So i was unable to get any core hdfc card. But after some time i got Moneyback + card as paid card through paytm.

Now my question is regarding the upgrade of moneyback card to millenia-

Will i see official upgrade offer on hdfc website?

After how much time can i expect the upgrade?

Is there any spending limit to get the upgrade or any income limit (mine is 7.5 LPA)?
