CPC NORTH

Hi everyone. Got my CPC In 6 days time, feeling ready for it. I have braces so already know I’ll be temporary unfit but getting them removed in August (hopefully), anything I should know? Is it now only the run and not the swim? And no other fitness tests I’ve also seen people say they get frequent trips to visit submarines over the 4 days?
