Where do you see yourself in 5years?

I have a few questions to the non-Aphants:

If you are asked: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years.": do you really see yourself in 5y? Because for me this is a really abstract question where I normally don't have a good answer? But maybe that's because I lack the visualization to answer it?
