Bad UTI, need help

I have an extremely bad UTI at the moment and I believe it has spread to my kidney, due to extreme pain on my side. I recognize that these are symptoms of pyelonephritis, and I need to seek immediate medical evaluation. But I’m 17, have no car, and family refuses to take me to the hospital due to its expenses. Is there ANYTHING I can do at home to stop this?
