Everki backpacks - anyone been using the warranty lately?

Hey yall,

Has anyone been dealt with the warranty process for Everki backpacks lately? I have a rather old Everki bad that's kinda showing signs of breakage, just curious how has anyone here dealt with the warranty process for it, thanks.
