Bois Impérial weird performance?

Hello everyone!
I just bought my first ever niche fragrance, Bois Impérial. I bought it 2 days ago.
I picked it up, because all I was hearing about it was great feedbacks for the price. After smelling it on paper in the store, and keep smelling it on the test paper for days at home, it was a no brainer.
But after spraying it on, I almost completely can’t smell it on myself after like 20-30 minutes, only when I’m turning my head, or the fragrance randomly hitting my nose, and even then, it is not a strong smell. I was asking people around me if they can smell it, but the answer was mostly no. Except when they were leaning very close to my neck, where I always spray.
Usually I use 2 sprays, sometimes 3 on both sides of my neck.
It definitely is on my neck for a long time. But now I can’t decide if I’m being noseblind - and even if I am, why no one can smell it neither, or it is something else.
What should I do in this situation?
