How to Set up Hermes on Android Easily ?

I’ve been trying to set up Hermes AI Agent on Android using Termux and Ubuntu/proot, but I’ve been running into a lot of dependency and Python version issues.

I managed to install Python 3.11 and download the Hermes files, but when I try to run python3.11 run_agent.py, I keep getting missing module/dependency errors and conflicts between Python 3.14 and 3.11.

Has anyone successfully set up Hermes on Android recently?

I’d really appreciate a simple step-by-step guide or the easiest working method for Android/Termux.

Also, is Ollama required for Hermes to work properly on mobile?

Is it possible to run Ollama on an older Android phone with 64GB storage, or is it too heavy for mobile devices?

If Ollama is too heavy, are there any lighter or better alternatives that work well with Hermes?
