Why do black people have better skin?

I work somewhere with a lot of black people and I've noticed that they all have super smooth literally glowing skin. Is it some difference in their skin itself or some specific skincare routine they do? They literally look like those photoshopped makeup ads but in real life. Is there any way I can mimic just a fraction of their power??
