Does registering guarantee a spot? - Wollman Rink Watch Party

I was able to register for the Central Park watch party, but I don't want to risk missing the game if it means I cant enter even with pre-registration.

I know its different that the prior Central Park watch parties, but trying to get an idea. Earliest I could get there would be like 6:30pm.
