Movie Thoughts for Young Kids

Has anyone seen the movie yet and could advise what gives it the 12+ rating? My 7yo absolutely loves the Digital Circus so now she’s seen the movie ads and really wants to go. We are really open with her about explaining what situations mean so I’m not terribly worried about violence or a little gore, but I’m curious if there are specific parts that would be way too much for young kid?
