Uterine/endometrial polyps or something else?

Hiii! So I’m getting closer to a doc appointment and I’m just a little curious, I guess of what to expect and maybe get a little insight on what some of my symptoms could be alluding to. Menstrual history: 32 yrs old now, started period at age 9, have never been/tried to be pregnant, have always had pretty regular and manageable periods, am not and have not been on BC consistently in a long time. No life changes or stressors either which is the main reason I’m confused by all of this after over two decades of a period that’s changing suddenly? I just know that it’s weird for my body.

For my last I’d say 4 periods, it’s just been off. Usually it starts with a flow, stays a flow, then eases up before ending. But now, I’ve been spotting really watery browning and pinkish discharge after my ovulation as well as a few days before my period actually begins. Then after the weird spotty days, my period comes as clots, huge never had them this big giant clots. Like, covering the bottom of the toilet huge. This happens every single time I go pee for the first day or two. And even after that, I’ll have a whole day of nothing not even spotting when I pee, as if my period has completely gone, then I’ll wake up the next day and it’ll be back to the weird clot-bleeding for a few hours or maybe the whole day before it finally decides to end. But even then, with how wonky it’s been, I’ve been afraid to trust that it’s gone so I just end up wearing pads or liners basically all month because idk when I’ll bleed or spot.

I went to my doc for this about a month ago and he did a pelvic exam & said it’s because my uterus has become retroverted, odd thing is though, it wasn’t like that a year ago when I had a cyst they were keeping an eye on. So he said to monitor my next couple of periods til my pap smear on June 16th, and if it’s still like this, to call and we’ll just make it a full physical with ultrasound to see if they can tell why it’s doing this suddenly. But he said he doesn’t think it’s endo or pcos, because I don’t have any pain. He said I wouldn’t have been able to have a conversation like I did during my pelvic exam if it was something like that. That’s why I’m so confused, but I’ve heard that uterine polyps don’t really present with pain. Another symptom is no appetite at all just because I feel full all the time like there’s no room almost. There have also been a few instances where I’ve just randomly out of nowhere for no reason at all I’ve had uncontrollable vomiting. There’s never much of a cause for it like something I ate or anything, had colonoscopy to rule out some other things but everything was fine there. Also I’m constipated and bloated pretty much 24/7, have acid reflux and heartburn with no real cause most days, and when I pee sometimes it’s hard to get started, or I cant empty it all.

I have been extremely tired and fatigued. Just so dang exhausted every day. I work a very physical active job so it’s been a lot more noticeable but lately I could take a nap after work and still go to bed by 8 and sleep all night. It’s so strange. I’ve also taken UTI tests at home and at doc and all were negative, I rarely get them to begin with so I kind of knew this was different. So I guess I’m just curious to know what symptoms you had if you had any polyps around my age (early 30’s), and what I should ask my doctor when I go to my physical & get the ultrasound and pap smear done. I’m just so scared I’m gonna go in and they’re gonna say it’s nothing and I’ll just have to live with it and buy diapers lol
