Help with boxer signatures on 1985(?) program (and showing off my dad literally leaning on Ali's lap while he signed said program)

I was going through some stuff in my garage and came across this photo and program of my dad that I got framed over 20 years ago. I think the event was in Bakersfield? Somewhere in the valley for sure. Timing has to be in the early 80's, but I'm not positive what year it was. My dad passed in '21, so I can't get the details from him. I know Thad Spencer, Dennis Mulholland, and of course Muhammad Ali signed, but not sure on the two autos on top, or the one below Dennis Mulholland.

If anyone could help with dates, or those unknown autographs, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!!
