When did you know it was time?

My baby’s kidney creatine levels jumped from 3.7 to 8 in about two months. She has still eating but not much and drinking water out of the fountain. I give her 150ml fluids every 48 hours. I obviously don’t want to let her go but I don’t want her to suffer. We are going on a year of just a slow decline.
