Going to try and not double dose this week!

Hey everyone, so I finally got my methadone this morning and feeling better. I unfortunately have gotten into the habit of double dosing and my last dose was early Friday morning. Having to go the entire weekend without it sucks. I'm on 120mg so the withdrawals weren't too bad, it did start to get uncomfortable Sunday and especially into the evening and night. I took some benadryl to help sleep and some ibuprofen for the pain, I was able to get some broken sleep at least but the bone aching pain is just awful on top of the anxiety, sweating, agitation those were mostly the symptoms. I am going to try my best not to do it to myself this week. I'm one of those people who can get buzzed if I double dose and I enjoy the feeling but its not worth going all weekend without. I absolutely dread the weekends. The time just crawls by. Anyways wish me luck I can get out of this vicious cycle its been going on for months now and it needs to stop.
