Is running away w/ <£200 in my account wise?

May or may not be going through a longstanding mental crisis but it’s either that or death because I can’t be fixed and I’m destructive to myself and others. Im the kind of person who doesn't know if the they’ve manipulated their therapist. anyways, my world is pretty small but I don’t know how else to break these invisible barriers other than by doing something drastic with a lack of regard for my safety.
