Can't Enable Bhim UPI Lite After Android to iPhone Switch (same physical sim)

[Background]

Switched from OnePlus to iPhone, but continue to use the same physical sim.

Did not (know) disable or delete the UPI lite wallet on the Bhim app on the previous phone and did factory reset.

Now, on the iPhone, I am unable to set up UPI Lite. When I try, I get - "Sorry! Please disable UPI Lite in old phone, if you have changed phones."

[Required Resolution]

- Transfer money from UPI Lite back into the bank account

- Be able to set up UPI Lite on the new device

SBI says Bhim would help, Bhim says SBI should help 😞

Anyone in the same boat, who found a fix - Can someone please help?
