Making Datapacks

Hello everyone, I am trying to remove some materials from the mod "tinkers compatibility" in 1.20.1, as they conflict with some materials from "tinkers integrations and tweaks", I was told to make a datapack for it, but nothing I do removes these materials. Any help would be greatly appreciated
