Bizarre apartment setup
I’m currently on a daytime constant care sit for a couple with a very sweet pup who can’t be left alone (at all - I asked if I could leave for a quick lunch or needed to pack one and they said I should pack one - totally fine, they’re paying for constant care!) The weird part is that it’s a one bedroom apartment where they’ve set what would be the bedroom up as an office with two desks and then the bed is out in the living room with a couple of stools at the kitchen island and two low, not super comfortable looking chairs with a side table. That’s ALL. No couch, no TV. It just seems so strange to me and I’m wondering what’s the weirdest setup you’ve ever seen for a house/apartment during a sit?
Overall a super easy gig especially for how much they’re paying me, it just feels awkward and there isn’t really a way to get comfortable.
