XLR Mic Suggestions for someone who doesn’t have much audio expertise

Hello everyone!

I am currently looking for a new microphone. I am looking for an XLR mic, because I’ve heard that they offer better sound quality and flexibility than my current usb Blue Yeti.

That being said, I’ve heard that the type of mic, whether it be a Compression or Dynamic mic is also important. After doing a small bit of research, I think a dynamic mic would be best.

I also would be in need of suggestions for Audio Interfaces or Mixers (not gonna lie, I don’t really understand the difference between the two) so that would be greatly appreciated too.

And if it helps at all, I am planning on using it at my pc when I’m gaming with my friends, and also to do some voice acting work on a project with my friends as well.
