After 100+ applications & 0 responses: still riddled with resume struggles
I've been through this hell. Over two months, I sent 100+ applications, only three callbacks. Seriously, even I know my resume is a train wreck. But how many times do you tweak it before you hit a wall? I tried resume and cover letter writing services first, thought they'd finally fix it. One offered to help create a resume cover letter in minutes, promising tailored content. The draft they sent back felt rushed, generic as hell. Then I found a company claiming to be the best resume and linkedin profile writing service available. They updated my LinkedIn profile for sure, but my resume still gets ghosted like nothing's changed. I spent hours tailoring each one manually, trying to match keywords exactly, but it never looked right.
Every time I hit "Submit," it feels like screaming into the void. I keep thinking I'm doing this wrong. Maybe I should've asked a friend or mentor? But honestly, friends also don't have time. My resume and linkedin profile writing service has been analyzed more times than a teenager's phone. Still, I get zero replies. It's not just the resume. Is it the way companies screen applications? Or am I expressing myself poorly? I've checked every corner. I've tried everything. And yet here I am, stuck. I'm starting to wonder if the service, which was supposed to fix everything, actually made things worse. It feels like systems are broken. Does anyone else feel this hopeless? Please share your thoughts. I genuinely lost motivation today
