Bedrock world isnt dropping blocks in survival

Hey guys, one of my Bedrock Minecraft worlds just randomly stopped dropping blocks when you mine them. I originally thought it was lag or something, but it didn't end. We tried making copy of the world, but it did it in the copied world as well. I really liked my world, it had some of mine and my best friend's best builds, and im just super sad.
