[HIRING] Freelance Graphic Designer — Caribbean Culture & Events (Remote)

We're a Toronto-based creative brand producing visual work for Caribbean events, sound systems, and cultural moments across the diaspora. We're looking for a reliable freelance designer to join our roster on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Work On

•⁠ ⁠Event posters and flyers (sound system nights, boat rides, club events, festivals)
•⁠ ⁠Merchandise design (apparel, accessories, branded products)
•⁠ ⁠Photo compositing and editorial-style visuals
•⁠ ⁠Social media assets and promotional templates

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio in event or entertainment design — Caribbean, soca, reggae, dancehall, or diaspora culture is a major plus
•⁠ ⁠Able to work across multiple styles: editorial, vintage/retro, illustration-forward, and clean modern
•⁠ ⁠Takes creative direction well and executes with minimal revisions
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
•⁠ ⁠Reliable with deadlines
•⁠ ⁠You understand what makes Caribbean design feel authentic, not generic

Compensation

$50–$75 CAD per poster/flyer depending on complexity. Rate is negotiable based on experience and portfolio quality. Ongoing work available for the right person.
