Logistics for Friday

Surprised my son and will be taking him to the big game Friday! This is a stretch for us and I really want to make it the best day for him.

Am so lost on what we should pack for the day, and have read conflicting information. Am I good with a clear back pack as long as it’s 12x12x6? Or are all backpacks a no?

Is bringing a small blanket a good idea? It’s supposed to thunderstorm (or course it is 🤦‍♀️), so we will bring rain coats. And now I can bring us each one water bottle? Anything I’m missing? Honestly it’s been a tough year and really want this to be the best day ever for him but am overwhelmed as I do t usually do big events.

Last question, what time should we get there? Is 1pm too late? Saw ceremonies start at 130?
