Travel loan thoughts?

I want to start by saying I am not a fan of loans nor have I ever been. However, I was accepted into a program overseas for my craft and it was a bit of a surprise and last minute. I can cover the flights and deposit, but would it be unwise to take out a loan to cover the tuition? No scholarships are available as they’ve all been granted for the season.
