Microsoft canceled their Claude Code licenses this week. Uber burned their entire 2026 AI budget in 4 months. The AI cost crisis is the biggest enterprise story right now.

We built Elis AI (tryelisai.com) for the teams who couldn't use those tools anyway — legal, healthcare, and manufacturing teams that need governed AI with audit trails, HIPAA/ITAR compliance, and predictable costs.

Our architecture cuts token usage by 90% through right-sized model routing, and supports full on-site deployment so regulated teams pay energy costs — not per-token billing that spirals.

The product is live. The market timing is perfect. I need a content and marketing cofounder to own:

\- \*\*Social media content\*\* (LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook) — market education posts on AI costs, competitor gaps, and what governed AI actually looks like in practice

\- \*\*Demo videos\*\* — short screen recordings showing real workflows

\- \*\*Pitch deck\*\* — investor-ready, clean, compelling

\- \*\*GTM execution\*\* — you'd own content calendar, community presence, outreach

I handle product, technical direction, and enterprise sales. You own the narrative.

Full cofounder role — equity, not hourly. The GTM strategy is already built. I need someone who can execute it.

\*\*DM me with:\*\* one piece of content you've made, your availability, and which of our three verticals (legal / healthcare / manufacturing) interests you most.
