Can I dry PC filament at lower temperatures for longer?

I need to dry some Bambu Polycarbonate filaments and the manufacturer suggestion is 80C for 8 hours. My filament dryer (Creality Space Pi) maxes out at 70C.

Can I dry it at 70C for twice the time? Or is it too far away from the proper temperature to dry out the core?
