Looking for a light weight casual jacket or over shirt that has interior pockets like a blazer

I always love winter because I clan keep my wallet and phone on the interior pocket of my coat. But that doesnt work out so much for summer.

Does anyone have suggestions for something that won't over heat me but that allows me to carry my in my jacket instead of my pants? Specifically I like to travel a lot and go to warm places fairly frequently so I want it to fits a passport holder and my phone.
