help me figure this out!

i decided to transfer all the photos on my phone onto google photos so i would have more storage. now, i am out of storage on my google account and can’t do anything. i need my google account to use slides and docs for school, but now its not letting me. i cant figure out how to get rid of the photos on google photos but keep them in my regular camera roll, and i need it fixed by tonight
