Divorce in Georgia when the house is underwater and neither of us can afford to buy the other out

We bought in 2021 at the peak and the house is worth less than what we owe now. Neither of us can refinance solo and we can't agree on whether to sell at a loss or keep living separately under the same roof until the market shifts. Two kids who both in elementary school, how do I go about this?
