Is anyone else confused by TheWizardLiz’s story?

Hi! I’ve been thinking about making a post about this influencer because honestly, I have more questions than answers.

I’m not even a fan of hers, but a couple years ago her content used to show up on my TikTok and YouTube all the time, and my older sister actually followed her for a while. But my question is: isn’t the whole situation around TheWizardLiz kinda weird?

She constantly talks about having money, luxury bags, expensive clothes, living in a penthouse in Dubai, etc. But she has never clearly explained what her actual job is. Like… what does she do? YouTube? Because YouTube doesn’t pay the way it used to anymore, especially now with so much competition. Brand deals and sponsorships? I’ve barely ever seen her promote anything. No makeup brands, no clothing collabs, no home products, nothing.

So how can someone constantly flex wealth while never really showing where it comes from?

She always talks about being a businesswoman, having the mindset to make more money, being independent, but she never gives any real-life examples from her own experience. That honestly led me to a theory that maybe both her and her sister Sabina used to work as escorts in Belgium (which isn’t even where they’re originally from), and then later moved to Dubai and continued doing the same thing, which would explain the connections with rich men.

And honestly, isn’t that kind of a harmful message for the girls who follow her? She keeps talking about being an “independent businesswoman,” but most of what she mentions is men buying women expensive gifts, bags, watches, or sending them money. Instead of saying: “I came from a difficult situation, I built a company, learned business management, accounting, invested, created something in Dubai…” No. None of that. It’s just “I’m rich and I live a luxury lifestyle.”

And that’s not even the only weird part. Why lie about not living with your ex? She tried to present herself as this independent pregnant woman who didn’t depend on her cheating partner, but according to court records they were still living together???

Why lie to your fans when they’re the same people constantly defending you?

And another thing: why move to the US when you already have European documentation, access to public healthcare, and your whole family nearby… only to stay there living with your cheating ex anyway? For what? So the baby could get American citizenship? (And apparently the baby doesn’t even have documentation yet.)

The whole thing just feels confusing and full of contradictions.
