What reliability issues have you had with smart dog devices?

I bought Potaroma dog puzzle feeder toy last week. I found that there are several problems when I use it, like food got stuck when coming out, button cannot fixed on the floor. For smart dog products, reliability matters more to me than having a long feature list. What reliability issue affected your experience the most?
