how can i clear system data without factory resetting?

i have an 512gb iphone 15 pro max on ios 26.2 and my system data is at 175+gb. ive deleted things like photos, cache, but it just seems to grow higher and higher. my phone isnt able to factory reset cause i dont have the storage to back everything up.

is there any way that i can clear system data without a factory reset?
