Silent treatment from mom

So every time I make my mom mad, she always gives me a silent treatment for hours and hours until she randomly decides to forgive me. This has been going on since I was 9-10. (16, F) rn but last night my mom, dad, and my brother got into some big fight and I stayed quiet the entire time bc I didn’t want to be involved in their bs. My mother took her anger out on me and hasn’t spoke to me since. I’m so exhausted from this and idk what to do now bc usually I just beg her to forgive me and hours later she does, but I rlly hate dealing with this and idk what to do.
