Bottom surgery

I’ve know I was trans since I was like 6, I’ve always hated my dick like always, to get over this I currently wear a Chasity cage, I would never have sex without it and lingerie but mostly the cage, my dick is like 6 inches.
I haven’t stated hormones yet, I have my first appointment in the end of June, I have a report of the dysphoria diagnosis so hopefully the process of me getting hormones will be swift. My goal is to look very natural and to like never be able to tell I’m trans by looking at me.
I do really want a vaginoplasty as tbh preparing for sex is a pain and I hate playing with my dick, having fun with a vagina would be so much better, only thing is

1. I’m afraid my dick will shrink below 5 inches
2. What if I don’t get alot of depth and sex hurts
3. Whenever I mention I want my rick gone guys are very against it, what if my dating pool becomes even smaller
4. I mean idk if those pics of the before and after is to sway people against it but it sure is working, they look terrifying, I want a cute innie vagina idk, is that even possible,
5. Can cause a lot of complications
6. There are a few ways to do it, what’s the best way
